Partner Stories #1: Black Circus Food

Black Circus Food have joined the Barrington family!


We are thrilled to have Black Circus on board as one of our preferred suppliers and are so excited for them to bring their experience and delicious dishes to events at Barrington. All of our partners are genuine recommendations, and we got to try Black Circus’ food last month at our very own event… We can say first hand, not only is the food fantastic but so is the team behind Black Circus.




Drawing on years of experience cooking and traveling around the world, they bring a diverse culinary offering ranging from street food to fine dining.

Black Circus was born out of their love of world cuisine and their desire to break away from traditional kitchens – taking their food to the road and bringing years of experience and imagination to create exciting, on-trend and delicious dishes.




Keir has worked his way through various kitchens all over the world, from Japan to New Zealand. After years of global food exploration, he settled in Essex where he worked in London before moving on to his new venture.

Luke spent a number of years as a development chef with well-known high street brand The Cosy Club, before cooking and traveling all over the globe and ending up as a Sous Chef on Richard Branson's infamous Necker Island.

Their wide range of knowledge on all trends and cuisines, drawing inspiration from Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese– to Italian, French and Spanish and much more – means they are able to cater to all tastes and interests.


Using only the finest ingredients, they operate either out of our 5* Food safety rated Airstream Trailer or in a kitchen of your choosing. They have over 20 years combined experience working in professional kitchens across the globe, and their services include pop-ups, small to medium scale events, private dining and cooking demos.

We held an End of Year / Thank You party at the venue last month for everyone that has been involved in getting 100 Barrington off the ground, from the team that created the new spaces to all of our preferred partners, they have each contributed to making this past year so unique and special. Whether it is installing electricity in the new arches or building our beautiful bar, or joining us as a partner and helping to create the perfect day for our clients, we are so grateful to work with such great people.


A HUGE thank you to everyone who came down (despite the tube strike), and to anyone who couldn’t make it —you were very much missed!
